Ticket Sales: Tickets must be purchased through the official event authorized venues or authorized ticketing partner. Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by Hypervibez Entertainment. In such cases, refunds will be issued to the original ticket purchaser only. Rescheduled Events: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within a specified period (usually 14 days after the announcement). Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the organizers. Event-Specific Tickets: Jaffna event tickets will only be valid for entry to the Jaffna event on 6th December 2024. Tickets purchased for the Jaffna event cannot be used for the Batticaloa event on 8th December 2024, and vice versa. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct ticket for your desired location. 3. Event Entry & Access Admission: Entrance to the event is granted only with a valid ticket. Security Checks: Attendees must submit to security screenings upon arrival. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry if safety or security measures are not met.
