• Minimum entry age for the event is 12 years and above.

•  Guests below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

•  Infants and toddlers are not permitted inside the venue.

•  All guests must present a valid identification document upon entry, such as:

        ○ National Identity Card (NIC)

        ○ Passport

        ○ Driver’s License

• The organizers and venue reserve the right to deny entry if valid identification cannot be presented.

   • Doors open at 05:00 PM.

   • Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a smooth entry process.

Entry regulations:

    • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and official event wristband.

    • Re-entry will only be allowed if the official wristband remains intact.

    • Guests without a wristband will not be permitted to re-enter the venue.

    • The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to individuals who appear intoxicated or disruptive.

  • All tickets must be purchased through official ticketing channels.

  • Each ticket contains a unique QR code which must be presented at the entrance for scanning.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Tickets are valid for single entry only.

  • Guests must ensure that their ticket is linked to a valid phone number and email address.

Table reservations must be made through the official booking platform or hotline.

Limited tables are available and will be allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

• Official event wristbands are mandatory for all guests.

• Wristbands must remain intact throughout the event.

•  Lost, damaged, removed, or tampered wristbands will be considered invalid.

• Guests without a valid wristband will not be permitted re-entry.

VIP seating arrangements are structured as follows: 
  • Solo VIP ticket holders may be allocated seating at a shared VIP table or cocktail standing area.

  • Groups of two or more VIP ticket holders will be allocated seating at a shared VIP table or cocktail area.

  • Groups of 6 to 11 guests may be provided with a dedicated lounge or divan seating area (subject to availability).

For seating assistance or arrangements, guests may contact the Event Management Team.

To maintain the premium atmosphere of the event, guests are required to follow a smart casual dress code.

Gentlemen

  • No slippers

  • No shorts

  • Smart casual attire recommended

  • Closed shoes required

Ladies

  • Smart, stylish attire

  • Elegant or cocktail attire encouraged 

The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to guests not adhering to the dress code.

For security and venue compliance:

  • Outside food, beverages, or alcohol are strictly prohibited.

  • Alcoholic beverages may be consumedonly if purchased within the venue.

  • Cigarettes may be usedonly in designated smoking areas.

Large bags, helmets, and bulky items are not permitted inside the venue.

• Strictly 21+ for alcohol & tobacco consumption (Valid ID required)

• No outside alcohol allowed – service only via authorized vendors

• Responsible drinking enforced – intoxicated guests will be removed without refund

The event enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and prohibited substances.

  • Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited.

  • Any guest found in possession of illegal substances will be immediately removed from the venue without refund.

  • Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities in accordance with Sri Lankan law.

  • Guests who appear to be under the influence of drugs or prohibited substances will be denied entry.

To ensure the safety of all guests:

  • The event will include loud music, strobe lighting, and laser effects.

  • Guests who are sensitive to such effects should take appropriate precautions.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • The organizers and venue are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Damage to venue property may result in financial liability or legal consequences.

Restricted areas include:

  • DJ Booth

  • DJ Decks 

  • Technical production zones

Access to these areas is restricted to authorized personnel only.

All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the event.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any guest from the event without refund for:

  • Harassment or aggressive behavior

  • Disorderly conduct

  • Ignoring security checks

  • Violating event rules or venue regulations
