- BookEventos refers to the legal entity operating the platform.
- Customer refers to individuals or entities purchasing tickets via the Site.
- Organizer refers to entities promoting or selling tickets for events.
- Event refers to any form of entertainment, educational, or other occurrences.
- Ticket refers to the access voucher for events, either physical or electronic
Ticket Purchase Policy
Tickets purchased on BookEventos are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except under the limited conditions outlined in the Refund Policy. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain, and BookEventos reserves the right to cancel any tickets suspected of being resold. Customers are responsible for protecting their tickets from loss or theft. Entry may require proof of purchase and valid ID.
Ticket Usage and Event Attendance
It is the Customer’s responsibility to comply with event restrictions (e.g., age, dress code). Refunds will not be issued for violations. Venue management may deny entry or eject attendees for security reasons or policy violations without the right to a refund.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are generally delivered electronically via email as PDF files. Customers must provide a valid email address. In cases where physical tickets are required, proper identification and the original booking details must be presented.
